Frontier Consulting Group was established in 1995 by David and Wendy Watson-Hallowell. Between them, the principals have amassed over 27 years of experience in designing and implementing individual and organizational projects that increase both efficiency and effectiveness for those they work with.
They believe that purpose is about the unique impact that each of us wants to have in life - and everyone has a purpose. Becoming aware of it gives us personal meaning and value. Using our purpose to make key decisions for ourselves, provides direction and balance while increasing our energy to change and grow.
